The program ‘Material donations.Institutional help’is the first project, who basically has begun and which best meet the humanitarian and charitable mission of our organization.
Purpose
-,Improving the quality of life by of d isadvantaged groups by donating materials
-Supporting institutions and organizations working in social care, education or which represent disadvantaged categories.
Beneficiaries
-People unemployed or low income
-The elderly with low pensions
-Families with many children and without the financial possibilities
-People with various disabilities or medical conditions
Associations, foundations, unions, trade unions and religious institutions
halls, educational institutions and hospitals
Activities
-Collection of materiasl from the county population and partners from other countries
-Donations to people with poor material situation at Donation Center
-Donations of medical devices for people with disabilities, people with different health conditions or elderly
-Donations to institutions and organizations that lack adequate facilities unfolding their activity
Donations for individuals with weak financial situation or medical problems consist of: clothing, sanitary items, household textiles, electrical pads for incontinence and medical devices (wheelchairs, crutches, walking frames, walking sticks).
Institutional help is awarded to legal entities (schools, hospitals, NGOs, unions, trade unions) and consists of: office furniture, hospital beds, furniture for schools, for incontinence pads, electronic equipment, medical apparatus.
Priority in terms of donating and their value is determined according to social category of beneficiaries, their living environment, the number of minor children and income, total family income, income / family member and the number of members.
Beneficiaries shall be provided according to the amount of tickets are established and trained on their use.
Persons in the order in which requests are scheduled and announced, with 1-2 weeks before the date and time must be present at donation center for changing tickets.
Documents required for Requests for donations
I. Documents required for application for donations to JURDICIAL PERSONS
1. Donations release request form completed, signed and stamped by the representat of the requesting unit, filed before the donation issue
2. Table beneficiaries requesting unit (if they receive donations: clothes, shoes, underwear), filed after the donation and distribution must contain:
A) full name of the beneficiary who receives individual donations from legal persons, identification of it (home but / Bi, ID, Phone number), number of cartons received, the beneficiary signature
II. Disabled individuals requiring MEDICAL DEVICES
The following documents shall be attached in the form of photocopy requests for donation:
1. B.i / c.i beneficiary of the donation;
2. ID of the person who donated and is beneficial if it can not be personally present for donation
3. Evidence of the beneficial revenue
A) conter-foil / coupon or certificate of retirement;
B)) slip welfare especially for those who permanently or temporarily lost their ability to work;
4. Documentary evidence of disease:
A) ticket discharge
B) certificate of disability
C) other supporting medical documents
III. For individuals seeking donations (clothing, shoes, underwear)
1. B.i / c.i for all family members: adults;
2. Birth certificates for all family members of minors;
3. Evidence of revenue for all family members, as follows:
A) certificate of wages for employed persons;
B) coupon / coupon or certificate of retirement;
C) coupons state allowance for children and extra allowance;
d) coupon payment of the unemployment allowance support
4. Social Survey (for beneficiaries in rural areas) which should include:
